Mentalmac
Hi all, Was out clay slaying and after 85 clays 'click' on the second shot in a pair... The Firing pin appears to be stuck somehow? Pic attached - its the top barrel that's the issue :-(. Anyone know what this is and what I can do to fix it?
robbiep
Probably a snapped spring. If you're happy doing it yourself, an easy fix. Failing which, a gunsmith will have it fixed pronto

welshwarrior
As above looks more like a bust striker easy to fix.
Mentalmac
What happens if it doesn't move? Ill have to poke it tomorrow when back at parents house where I keep cabinets. If it doesn't budge, could it be more serious?
Underdog
The back of the stiker may be swollen from the hammer blows. It then wegdges it self in the action. May only need grinding!

It then wegdges it self in the action. May only need grinding! Hope it's something fairly simple like that sounds :-), as per OF's post - I'm likely to loose bits so ill leave it to the gunsmith I think :-)
deershooter
Hi all, Was out clay slaying and after 85 clays 'click' on the second shot in a pair... The Firing pin appears to be stuck somehow? Pic attached - its the top barrel that's the issue :-(. Anyone know what this is and what I can do to fix it? Looking at it it looks like the pin has snapped and the back half is trapping the snapped piece in the hole the top pin is also createred and needs replacing looking at the breach face it looks like it's never been cleaned or maintained in it's life Deershooter Just noticed the action is upside down my comment on the top pin needs reversing Deershooter
