Jay-Zee
Have a couple of old guns in my cabinet. Any idea where I can find out the value of them? Thanks in advance
saddler
The internet... You'll need to work out what sort of guns they are, who made them, when they were made, etc. Enter the above in Google & see who else has similar items for sale

Berettacocker
Not a lot I'm afraid, sell them privately for best price. Guns shops will give you little if anything. Old guns like yours, BSA , single barrels .22lrs, folding 410,etc literally sell for £20-£50 at auction if at all! Old English good condition guns sell well, but the other guns mentioned I don't think are really used anymore. Look for the next Holts antique and modern arms auction, you'll be surprised! Jay-Zee
To be honest I was just going to hand them in to be destroyed.
AULD YIN
Remember reading about the brno model zh 101 in the 60s, thought it a novel setup,if you were nearer (i know its an over used phrase on PW) I would have had a look at it. johnnie

I wouldn't mind making an offer for the BRNO if you're not too far from Swansea/Llanelli
iain
To be honest I was just going to hand them in to be destroyed. No,No,No. Don't hand them in. Put them on gun watch, free to a good home or swap donation to charity whatever
welshwarrior
Give them to a young shooter or a some one who teaches newbies, still no cost to you but will get more people shooting and extend our sport, every little helps.

Indeed don't hand them in to police is in working order put on gun watch (free to list first one/2 I think) free or nominal sum/donation to charity. compo90
I echo all the above, I have occasionally instructed my sons cadet group and organised clay shooting......... I know there are others on here who teach kids to shoot and also some new shooters with no guns and less money..... Be generous and make someones day

Andy H
Nothing wrong with a brno 101 as long as you do not have the short ported barrels , The blast from them at close distance can be quite unsettling.
