team tractor
A guy has messaged me about my v22 but can't have the moderator . Ok I can keep it but how do I get rid of it then?
jay222
Sell it to someone else or to an rfd or surrender it for destruction to the police
saddler
Advertise it as an on-ticket .22 moderator...BUT you'll have to make sure the buyers gun is the correct thread. Normal threads for .22 rifles are 1/2" UNF (1/2" x 20) The V-22 is designed to take AR15 accessories, so the thread is 1/2" UNEF (1/2" x 28)
CharlieT
Sell it to someone else or to an rfd or surrender it for destruction to the police Or even give it to your friendly local RFD
team tractor
Was thinking maybe that
Breastman
If you no longer have the rifle or another .22lr rifle the police will likely say you don't have a good reason to possess it any more so you'll have to dispose of it. Most forces will give you a grace period to sell it though. Beware putting it into an RFD as you'll then have to pay a transfer fee to sell it (unless you have a very, very nice RFD!) welshwarrior
I know an RFD near you that will put it away in a safe place for you for free as you bought him a pint in the pub.

Was thinking of you dude. If the guns sells you can have the thing
HDAV
Or tell the buyer to put in for a variation and once it comes through sell him the mod
Steel100
You could ask your FEO if they will take it off your certificate, for you to sell as an 'air gun only' moderator, which would mean it was not subject to certification.
