Underdog
Seen any? Don't look like any are coming this year! Shame. I depend on them for a bird or two! U.

hedd-wyn
I've seen a few but not half as much as last year. It drove the pigeons mad over here. We don't usually get many pigeons up here in Snowdonia, but last year was out of the ordinary due to the bumper crop of acorns. Even shot some pheasants with crops full of the stuff. Hope I find a decent crop, I was hoping to make a load of acorn coffee this year.

pigeon controller
I've seen a few trees locally with a few acorns and some with none at all. Due to the fact that we have large woods solely of Oak trees this could help the Rape establish it self before they start to bother with it. The weather forecast for September is for it to get warmer so this might promote the acorns to get larger.
shootgun
Loads of acorns in the oak trees around my permission, same like last year really...
TIDES EDGE
Hardly any in Kent and what few there are have a disease and are deformed good news as the pheasants will be where we want them unlike last year when there was a glut of acorns
