Rough shooting 22nd November

Here is the latest installment from our pheasant shooting syndicate from a couple of weeks back.

Unfortunately the camera wasn't pointed forward correctly so some of the shots are difficult to see.

It was a good day, with some sporting birds & some corvids shot, we have a real problem with them at the feeders on our shoot.

Apologies about some of the shouting, we have lots of banter as it is a family shoot & we are always slagging each other.

Thanks for watching:

Cheers fellas

Another very enjoyable video and more spectacular terrain, thanks for posting it.

You should have said that the woodcock knocked the camera off your head, it looked as though it was heading your way. :)

It dropped about 15 yards behind me, but it was a good sporting shot.

Nice vid boys, you and your dogs must be fit as fleas shooting such rugged and beautiful terrain!

The problem with the shoot is that there is so much cover and some of it is too thick to hunt. Means a lot of the birds don't get flushed.

That is spectacular shooting terrain, and its a yopung man's terrain into the bargain.

Blackpowder

You need to be fit alright, especially when on one drive you are walking the shore and the next drive you have to come up!!!

Great vid but you guys are like mountain goats with all that uphill work fair play.

Although it is very steep, we have paths cut through the drives which means it gives a good level footing for shooting.

Great video Ollie, thanks for taking the effort to produce and share. Lovely ground, and a nice driven woodcock that knocked your cam off.

Very very rarely I get a driven woodcock, so it was nice to get a high one.

Good vid Ollie and it's a great location but just noticed that the year on the vid camera says 2013 ? Maybe you need to alter the year ?

Atvb Dave

The camera settings reset to 1st January 2013 for some reason. I'm not bothered much about the date & time on the video as long as I capture some shooting.
