Konnie
will ask my mate , don't quote me but don't think they have a great deal of thrust, for a full day you may also require two car batteries may be better to consider petrol 4hp should be max
hanky
Hi Mat Shot the ouse washes for many years, if it is in full food you will need more than an electric outboard you will need 4/5 hp to get you anywhere, when the water is flowing you wont believe the speed and power of the water, been there worn the t shirt seen the video and filled my pants more than once so be warned, unless you would like a ride in a helicopter !!! widgeon man
Have used them Matt, advantage being I can set the prop height to just under the surface for when the reed is tall...... But as said if you are running the river or Delph and flooding on/ high wind it would not be suitable. Most of us use the small Honda 2.3hp 4 strokes.... Great bits of kit. Penelope
You would need a 50 - 55lb thrust leccy motor minimum.
harrycatcat1
Hello Mat, couldnt you get one of those new "hot air" engines? If you took ayano3 with you the amount he generates you would be able to get through any tide or flood

ayano3
It's a nice change to be awake this time of night but the dog woke me shredding my slippers and the tea leaves in my pipe won't keep alight.
