Ttfjlc
Evening all I've been thinking of getting one for Christmas from my parents and budget is around £100. Beardo trialled one for around £60 which looked good but does anyone have experience of the entry level gopro for £99? Or does anyone have any other recommendations? The reason I don't want a really expensive one is because I would be worried taking it onto the marsh and breaking it! Cheers
seeker
Have a look at the Mobius ... Several sellers in the UK .. The US site lists a gun mount ... I use one as a dash cam at the moment and i see the latest model had a 2hr battery , they also do a waterproof case for diving duck.

It should be fine on the marsh.
HDAV
GO-pro are waterproof to3m IIRC so unless you shoot it it should be fine on the marsh
ollie
The one beardo trialled was a sj1000. I bought 1 after beardo's recommendation & was very impressed. Below is 1 of the videos I made with it, check out the rest of my videos on my YouTube channel to see what it's like:
humperdingle
I got an SJ1000, too... decent little cam. A great feature is the PIR sensor, so it records when it senses movement - Great for trailcams, etc. I keep mine turned on and tucked away in the garage just incase some light-fingered scum fancies breaking in
