Subaru_sti5
Well Im not sure what to say really apart from I found the remains of a cat in our garden this morning of which by the looks of the chunks of cat I can only assume it was attacked by a fox, glad I found it before the kids! I do wish people would stop feeding foxes and wish I had a permission close to home.
fenboy
Perhaps , it could also be a dog though , someones lurcher got out once down a street I used to live in and killed six cats while it was out !
Subaru_sti5
While that is possible I'm leaning more towards a fox because I often see foxes passing through my garden and even had a resident one living at the back of my garden when I bought the house. From the remains it looks more like dinner than a toy and if it were a dog I would expect the remains to be more distributed all over the place rather than in one place but once again I may be wrong. andypaint
Badger? I have seen one nail a cat in an argument over food. Made me realise how powerful they are.

Subaru_sti5
I have never seen a badger out by me, but guess it can't be ruled out as I didn't see the culprit only what it didn't eat.

I,m in Denton too and have see a big old boar a few times up in the woods out back of my place while walking the dog. Also very early one morning on my way to work I saw one disappear into the graveyard by the pub, way back in the summer.
Westward
1 less cat = 1000 more wild birds as far as I'm concerned.

I know they have a couple of pigs up there but never seen any wild boar up there but will now keep my eyes peeled for that. Did you see it go into the graveyard by the flying fish? Interesting stuff! Is your 90 silver?

Is your 90 silver? Yup that's the place, its usually along the path that runs under the stables through the woods if that makes sense. Yes it ran along from the houses further along same side as the Fish and the graveyard, no my 90's a "rusty" blue lol with a lightforce on the roof and snorkel also gunrack over back door. You must have seen it!
Subaru_sti5
I'm not sure I have seen it around but will now keep an eye out so if you see a strange bloke wave as you drive past it is probably me! HAHA! It would be good to know a fellow shooter close by!
