ciltalgarth Posted March 25, 2007 Report Share Posted March 25, 2007 I thought i would get the smoker out today and clear some of the meat filling my freezer, so i got goose, duck , pheasant breast out and also a rabbit so here are a few photos of what i have done and it did taste as good as it looks. Can you reveal the marinade and smoking/cooking details? Yes there was no marinade and i used oak woodchip but hickory and apple are just as good. It took 3 to 4 hours to do.
