bluesj
You can but it means putting a collar on your ferret that may get hung up ion some thing and if the bell is full of mud it wont ring, or you can use your ears like we did before locators. Bigbob
A bell might work if there on the surface and moving about , but you wont here it if its clogged up with muck in a big deep place ?
Scully
It my first year at it on my own so don't know what they are going to do When you feed them at home, make a certain noise of your choosing, even the noise everyone makes when calling a cat would do, or calling them by name ( if you've named them) but do it each time you feed them and then they get to associate that noise with food. My nephew is very good at imitating the noise a ferret makes, and sounds just like one; it is very rare he can't get one to come to him.
