viking
number plate shop not open today so just got on with putting the front plate on, but i had a dilemma. my number plate holder is a little taller than the reg plate, so it was either have some sticking out at the top, or some showing at the bottom . ditchman
Ali number plates.............can be a bit of a grey area regards the law....but i believe there is a type of number plate that looks like ali but is reflective.... think the law explains that if your car was bought with black and white plates you can use them........the law can also be interperated that if there were other cars of that type with ali plates you may change to them.....i expect this allows a sort of transional period for them.... Mike737
Don't sling your oblong one, it will do for the new owner to put on a trailer or caravan. Mike.

amateur
Did you set it out exactly as you wanted it? I had a similar problem with one of my bike number plates and had to give the bloke an exact representation. He got it right eventually
