dont understand what you are saying !!.......if you have put 2 stroke in a 4 stroke ...not a problem...it will smoke like ####....might gum up the plug....clean it and use the proper fuel ...should be fine..........if you are putting straight fuel in a 2 stroke ....maybe a problem if you have run it too long..........it will burn the bearings out and generally screw everything up that should have lubrication ....and it will burn hotter......

Some of the lads at work are always putting 2/ in wackers and mixers - doesn't seem to bother them at all , just tip out what's In the tank then fill with neat petrol and run it for a couple of minutes .

If they put diesel in - fucnose - never seen anyone do that before

Am saying will 2stroke fuel stop the wacker plate working with it being 4stroke I have cleaned the Spark pug and put proper fuel in and still won't start can the wrong fuel damage and over parts

If its a Honda engine check the engine oil level as they have a safe cut off and if they have used diesel its a full wash out of the carb etc

@krowe79 punctuation helps reading your posts mate, as for the 2 stroke mix in a 4 stroke I did use some 2 stroke that was for my chain saw in my lawn mower, it was 50:1 so you wouldn't think it would make a difference but the mower ran terrible, I changed it for neat petrol and it was ok. The comments about cherry diesel are worth checking out, what does the fuel that's in it smell like?

It could be a blocked air filter. I had the same trouble a few years back when I hired one. They can create a lot of dust from the stuff they are waking. Take the sponge filter out and bang it against the wall to release the dust.

2/ won't do any harm in my experience. I always put a capful in the tank of my old sit on lawn mower that was designed to run on the old 2 star leaded petrol. Still going strong to this day.
