Fenny Posted November 11, 2015 Author Report Share Posted November 11, 2015 OK Met up with Fenboy for the first time in a while so decided to shoot a wood with a strip down the middle of it . The wind was very strong and the pigeon were determined to get into the wood and so started roosting early . The birds were dropping everywhere in the wood and really you could have shot it with 4 guns. It was great to meet up with Fenboy and an enjoyable couple of hours were had The final bag was 27 pigeons , 2 pheasant and a squirrel. It was actually today so Wednesday afternoon anyway roosting was difficult with quite a few trees still holding some leafs but there were plenty of birds about this evening . Considering the amount of free shooting Fenny is offering its a shame a few people have not been turning up on the day after taking places .
