Well done. It was a difficult one last night. I bet those 40s are shifting a bit.

4100ish.

 

They work better after 200yds, they can fail to penetrate this side sometimes.

Flat as a very flat thing over 300 yds, plenty for night time use. Good in the wind but totally useless should one touch a casually discarded bees whisker!

Yes but über safe due to being frangable

I have the 53s doing 3770, that one last night didn't penetrate far before full expansion, the other side was not good. Designed to do a job and they do it well. I thought about trying the 40s but i would be just playing really.

 

3770 not 3870, it's hot but not that hot.

I would love my friend to try a traditional hpbt 52grn match bullet like the old Speer. Shire ir would cut down on the shallows we sometimes get! Its OK though we do OK.

 

3800+ is good going Doug.
