Les*1066
You won't go far wrong with a Chrony F-1.
Exudate
You won't go far wrong with a Chrony F-1. Yep, agree. Had mine 5 years. Built like a tank, simple to use and relatively inexpensive.
Bewsher500
Just don't shoot it!! Magnetospeed is the benchmark but very pricey by comparison
sitsinhedges
I've used a Chrony F1 for years, I think they're about £80-90 now. If it's something you'll only use the once and you don't mind the journey, as a well regarded forum member you're welcome to borrow mine for a couple of weeks if you want to. Lord Geordie
Screw a 4" post to a table and sit the chrony behind it. Mate of mine put a single pellet through the screen of his! Just a rouge shot from the cartridge. Don't use metal or plastic. Metal is likely to rebound and shot, plastic shatters and at those velocities the fragments can do a bit of damage!
