Fatcatsplat
Can anyone recommend a legal supplier of prescription canine drugs that won't sell me smarties please? I have been prescribed 50 5mg vetmedin tabs for my dog for a mere 99.50 and looks like they're online for less than 50p a tablet Edited April 8, 2016 by Fatcatsplat

la bala
Them vets certainly have a mark up, my son buys online but still has to pay the vet 9 pound for a perscription first.
Fatcatsplat
Prescription charge is fine - Everyone has to live, but the mark up on the drugs are mental!!

CaptainBeaky
As above, Viovet, also Vetmedic, Vetimed, Pet Drugs Online Make sure you use a UK site - they have to registered as pharmacies, and are therefore controlled, and are operating under a qualified pharmacist. (So you are less likely to buy Smarties!) There is a list of accredited online animal medicine retailers on the gov.uk website. CaptainBeaky
Any uk site selling prescription-only stuff will want to see the prescription before they will despatch it.
Matty7247
Animed. We buy heart tablets for our Ridgeback, at 36p a tablet, over £2 at the vets. We arrange a few months worth through the Prescription, and fax it off, Then just place an order when we require them.
