Guest cookoff013
Guys, can i ask you an honest questions? Do you reload 3" hulls? i`ve started to do them more and more but i`m finding them hard to source. would you reload new 3" hulls? do you reload them ? where you getting them from at a decent enough price? (i`m not talking about 1-2 shells - i`m talking 250 minimum)
fenboy
Yes 95% of my fowling loads are in a 3" case. Clay&Game currently have new Rio cases @ £9 / 100 . I mainly use new cheddite now but have a good few federal once fired along with two or three carrier bags full of once fired allsorts that I have been gifted. Smokersmith
I bought 1800 new B&P cases a while back from ClayGame. I've heard poor reports, but now well over half way through with no issues. Mainly 32g steel loads. When they're gone I'll look to get some more. MAB1954
Yes, I have about 200 Federal once fired, 100 new Fiocchi and a few new Cheddite. Use them for 3" steel loads and over the years have got them from Shotgunreloading, C&G and some new cases without primers from Siarm. johnnytheboy
Our wildfowling days supply me with plenty 3" hulls to reload, everyone chucks them away! My friend shot 1200 3" RC steel on two duck days! He's a handy guy to know!
