fitzy
A chap I know was advertising a cheap Franchi o/u. Sounded an interesting prospect as a cheapo for rough shooting in bad weather. However the safety resets after each shot. I'm short on specifics unfortunately but could this be as designed? if so, could it be circumvented and be made manual ? bruno22rf
You would need to remove the stock and look i'm guessing-usually just a simple rod arrangement coming from the Top lever spindle-if you are not confident then I would have thought that any Gunsmith worth his salt could do it in minutes. TDS
Sound like auto safety ...as above , remove stock and there will be thin metal rod connected to the safety button Cut it and unhook the 2 pieces and it should now be manual safety
