Too clean or not too clean ... Hushpower

That is my question... I have been lead to beleive that having the gun too clean is a mistake but would value other people's experiences.

I have a Hushpower .410 which has probably had 200 cartridges through it and it's getting pretty dirty (Eley cartridges ...) when I bought the gun I was told to let it 'coke up' and it would become quieter. Should I clean this gun at all, or just use and abuse, I'm hoping it will continue to get quieter over time.

Thanks

My mossberg 410 hushpower has had about 500 cartridges since I bought it new never cleaned it at all so far can see it a right chuw to get silencer unscrewed thinking of soaking the inside with this stuff we clean egr valves and throttle bodies on diesels at work devolves the carbon without damaging and metal

I screw my hushpower Mossberg 410 silencer off after every outing and clean the barral inside and out. I leave the silencer If you don't it will get welded to the barral.as you take it off it still leaves carbon on the inside of silencer but leaves a good coating
