wokkywokky
After considering the 22wmr i think for the experiance it would be wise to start off on the 22lr and move on if needed once i have mastered this. Im looking at the CZ455 22lr but want to know if there is a brand of ammo that works well in this rifle? Or, is it a case of try a few and see what works best for me? wokkywokky
From all the comments it sounds like its a mixed bag and depends on the person and the gun. Despite the barrels all come out of the same place i dont think two barrels will ever be alike. Very slight differences in material grain structure, the crown, etc. makes each barrel unique. Im going to try a box or various brands and see how it goes.
Albert 888
Sk standard plus, eley sport,sk subs, eley subs. I Don't bother with Winchester subs as they are **** in my rifle, listed in order of accuracy. I target shot mainly with mine,cz455 varmint 16". Rimfireboy
It's trial and error, at least .22 rimfire ammo is relatively cheap.
