Have had to return the product to Ramsbottoms but they do not have listed 'phone number. After having a extremly bad service from them it doesn't surprise me why they don't list there number They also only call u from private number? gemini52 Posted September 27, 2016 Report Share Posted September 27, 2016 I bought a nikko scope off them that went belly up after about eight months,i was told to send it back,by the way at my own expence,after about two weeks i emailed them regarding the scope,his reply was they were waiting for an answer from the importers as to what action they going to take,my reply to that was i bought the item off you and not the importers,they gave me a refund two days later,i think they are fine for pellets and stuff like that,but its put me off buying anything that may go wrong or fail. None of the Ramsbottoms 'phone numbers are now 'live' and I now understand if you do not have a Pay Pal account getting money back from an e bay return is a nightmare. After much and many e mails to Pay Pal and e bay head offices and 'phone calls (at least they are free 0800) Pay Pal tell me my refund has been "authorized". We shall see? Lesson learned, best not to use ebay if you do not have a Pay Pal account and give Ramsbottoms a miss.
