johnnytheboy
Sounds like your driving is like mines, I just park further away from the difficult spot and walk the few extra yards!
loriusgarrulus
BOATs (By ways Open to All Traffic) and PRoWUR (Public Rights of Way Used as Roads) are covered by the national speed limit (therefore 60MPH) unless another TRO or street lighting exists. There is the thing about driving to the road conditions though. Even if technically you are legal to drive at 60mph, is it safe to do so? Ttfjlc
What would happen if someone tripped over the item concerned and broke their leg? Depends where the site is, up north they'd grab a piece of cutoff 2x2 from the wood skip, strap it round the leg for a brace using insulation tape stolen from the sparky, given 2 scaffold poles for crutches then told to crack on with the day's work. Down south you'd be lying there with a broken leg trying to resuscitate the H & S guy who'd just had a heart attack due to the inevitable paperwork.
