Mason4796
Afternoon all, Where does everyone get their Shotgun Cartridges from and at what price? I haven't tended to be too fussy normally buying a slab or two at a time either from the local gun shop or clay ground... Usually around £55-60 per slab (12 gauge). Does anyone know of anywhere you can get cheaper cartridges even if they are not the big names (Gamebore, Eley, Hull etc) thanks,

old'un
martyn2233, profile says, Tadcaster, North Yorkshire. Been using Express English Sporter 28g 7.5 on pigeons and black’uns, been surprised at how well they kill at range, £180 per thousand, or if you can find them NSI Uno Prima 28g 7.5, £185 per thousand. I reload a lot of steel for pigeons and rabbits as well as wildfowl, so not bought much steel recently, just some NSI steel i got last year again from waplode were about £60 case if i remember correctly. 20 minutes ago, Scotty1980 said: I pay around £42 per 250 on these cheepo ones from my local shop. figgy
Swillington shooting supplies should have some to suit your pocket. Kellbrook usually have club deals on one or two brands. If it was me I’d spend an hour on the phone ringing round as many places as I could, Cody’s nothing but time and can save water journeys.
