I expect this response is a thank you for your email type thing. can someone confirm it for me as I have never really mastered English let alone French. Then goes on to say they will answer your query ASAP , then it says that if you have an enquiry regarding an ‘order’ then to contact them on the given phone number within those hours or post the request on their website.
