Adjustable stock qeustion

I have had a few adjustable comb guns, some seemed less prone to movement, which loosened the screws. If you have the comb set in one position, rather than changing it for different disciplines, pack the riser tube with rubber washers. It helps take the vibration / movement from the mechanism.

You can get screws with a 'thread patch' on them.  This https://www.anochrome.com/processes/nylon-locking-patch/ is one type.  I don't have an adjustable comb, but Loctite grade 222 is a 'dismantleable' grade.  I have used 222 on various 'problem' screws on guns.

Be aware that some Loctite grades are intended to be permanent, so not to be used on things you may wish to alter on a later occasion.
