TIGHTCHOKE Posted February 10, 2018 Report Share Posted February 10, 2018 A few days ago I ordered 6 bottles of Rainguard Glass Cleaner with free P+P. Today I received tracking information from Yodel, the Courier arrived about 13:20 with a small box. Inside was a strong plastic bag containing the 6 bottles. Unfortunately the inside of the box was wet. Inside the bag with the bottles on their sides was a puddle of the liquid Rainguard Glass Cleaner. I photographed the package and contents and emailed Aldi Customer Services. Imagine my surprise when just before 4pm I received a call from them offering to sort out the problem. A partial refund was gratefully accepted and I complimented the chap on his dealing with the situation so promptly. Well done Aldi, other stores have much to learn.
