squirrel shooter
Hi all, does anyone know how much Adrian Flux charge to add mods declared on to your policy during your period of insurance? I did hear £25 but is this per mod or just for any alteration wheather it's 1, 2 or 3 mods at a time? thanks Edited August 8, 2018 by squirrel shooter
B391
I have used several Insurance companies for vehicle modifications including off road use, off road accessories, suspension changes, performance upgrades, ICE upgrades, etc etc. They usually assess the cost and risk of the total of modifications you have made and then apply any appropriate increase. I have made some modifications that have not caused a premium increase. I have used Adrian Flux in the past and they have been reasonable. But with a bit of shopping around I have found others more competative. Sounds odd but I have also found Go Compare has a useful modifications section and you might be suprised at the reasonable results, at least I was last year. Konnie
Only way is to call them, as if you don't get it right your insurance will be invalid.
landy george
Try 2Getherinsurance next time you need to renew. I've been with flux for years but just changed to these, same price but full comp not TPFT
dodeer
Flux’s are pretty bad in my opinion . Expensive and quite unhelpful team
Walker570
Been with Flux for two years for my V8 Landy and cannot fault them. I didn't think you could get Third Party Fire and Theft still as two other quotes I had did not do it ????? Insurance companies are the same the world over, sell you cheap the first year to capture you then watch the next year go up. As said, give 'em a call. Hector Vector
Agree with dodeer - Flux are incredibly unhelpful, worse insurance company I've ever attempted to deal with.
