Hamster
This is an absolute delight to watch in every way, superb shooting, respect for the quarry, explaining the cleaning and prep process and finally the cooking. You will be shocked to hear I can be a bit opinionated about food and cooking, I can do a fair rabbit pie myself but now can't wait to be rich enough to have that kind of set up in the corner of a country house somewhere to try this recipe. Regarding the accuracy, yes there was no wind but head shots at 200 meters. 😎 🙂 Edited November 24, 2018 by Hamster

Walker570
My grandmother simply chopped 'em into pieces with a big cleaver popped them in a large saucepan, added sage leaves and chopped onion, salt and pepper and simmered for what seemed ages, probably three or four hours on the front of the range, adding a spot of water when it started to look dry. Mashed potato or baked in the jacket and mashed swede straight out of the pile waiting to be chopped for the cattle. Awesome.
