Big Al
It's not my video, but I am in it. Many thanks to Urbalshinny for giving me permission to post their video. I only started shooting flushes last year, and they are mighty craic.
Cranfield
Although you can't hear the birds wings, or their alarm calls, it does get the pulse racing, just like the real thing. Another similarity is the amount of birds you miss if you don't calm down a bit. Good to see you are keeping your eye in.

I'm not really one for the clays but tried this last year for the first time and loved it. A carton of cartridges doesn't last too long! Walker570
Taking a run up to north Lincolnshire on Saturday for a repeat visit. We had a 'Make believe day' there last year and enjoyed every minute. It isn't quite the same, you don't have that anticipation that you do will a live bird shoot but it does let you keep in trim and socialise. shalfordninja33
I took a team of 18 to Six Mile Bottom for the afternoon last Friday. Great fun! Jackie and Richard put on a great event along with post shoot meal afterwards. Highly reccomended. Got though about 300 shells over the 3hrs, even with 21gm through my 20 bore 5 drives was plenty. Scully
Looked good fun. A couple of years ago a few of us took part in the NGO simulated game day at Crabtree. We had a really good day and ended the sporting layout with a 100 bird flush. We got our heads together and decided who would take which birds from which stands etc, and then it all turned to poop as soon as the clays started coming over, with me ( and others! ) totally forgetting who was supposed to be doing what as soon as the adrenalin kicked in! Brilliant fun. 😀
bluesj
Just got back from a great day simulated game shooting. It was great fun in some lovely country and a great bunch of people. It all started very polite with many calls of your bird sir and end with many shouts of too slow or you snooze you loose and a bbq, I will be going again. Just got to save up for some more cartridges!
