All Yong Heng types and the New warrior come with oil in them and a QC card. The E Bay seller is good if anything goes wrong too. I top up my 7ltr cylinder from 150 to 300 bar in 25 mins. YES to me there worth every penny, i only have used it to fill the gun (hw100). takes app 30 seconds, the gauge on the machine is as accurate as the one on the gun.
