Perazzishot
This is the best bacon we have found. In fact all the meat we have had from here has been top quality. https://www.farmison.com/our-meat/bacon

TIGHTCHOKE
Having conducted extensive testing on various bacon from various stockists I can give the following results; Sainsburys top of the range dry cured bacon. £3 for 8 rashers. Rubbish, got my money back! Naked Bacon, supposedly without nitrates and other carp. Better but not worth £3:25 for 6 rashers. Lidl Deluxe Unsmoked Dry Cured Back Bacon. £1:25 for 6 rashers. Very good, very tasty and easy to control on my George Forman Grill.
Saltings
back in the day when we knew nothing and nobody owned a fridge grandad got a side of bacon from the butchers or a local kill hung it in the chimney of a thatched cottage and after a few weeks hung on the chimney Brest as cured no white brine scum my old man would kill for dry smoked bacon hell I would kill for dry smoked bacon today just in the process of building a smoker I doubt it will be as good as a peat fire slow smoke
