bluesj
I've had reason to deal with three RFDs this week for one its just a hobby so he's not worried at all. One deals with more high end specialist stuff and the other more normal shop both work from their own properties so no rent etc to pay. One is a one man band and was saying that he has just sort of shut the door and stopped bar doing the odd bits at the moment the company is not making any money but it's not spending any ether so he expecting to be able to pick up where he left off when the lockdown ends. The other has a couple of staff and is trying to keep working through the lockdown because a lot of his customers are not in the same sort of lockdown as use or any lockdown at all. He deals a lot with imports and exports and he is having trouble because he can't get stuff in or out so is worried his customers may have to look for other suppliers so his customer base that he has built up over many years could drift away. Vince Green
The general view in Cornwall is that 80% of businesses will not weather the lockdown but that can't happen in the real world. Debts will have to be rescheduled
