Years ago I used to repair rods as a hobby/passtime. If you have it, please put a photo up and I'll try and see if it can be repaired by me. If it can, I'll do it for free, but my hands aren't as good as they used to be so it would take a couple of weeks possibly more. It will be never be as good or as strong though.
