If you‘ve already claimed then your slot was already open, it would seem. If it wasn’t then you wouldn’t have been able to claim or give your details to HMRC. They time slot thing is (I think) so the system isn't overwhelmed. If it allowed you to complete the claim then you must be after your allotted slot. I did mine wednesday.....no time slot stuff....had to set up a gateway account but it only took about 10-15 minutes to do it all.
