LEFTY478
So, what is your favorite gun? Here a picture of me with my favorite gun, which sadly, I no longer have! It's a General Purpose Machine Gun firing belt fed 7.62mm NATO. Not much use on pigeon, though.

steve_b_wales
Pity you haven't got it now. It would be great on the fox/rabbit population! I have many favourites. I especially like using my Tikka T3 Lite, also my Sako 75. When shotgunning, I love using my Lanber. One gun I used to have many years ago (my second shotgun) was a Savage 12 bore 5 shot pump action. This was a cracking gun and I shot a lot of vermin with it. I'm in the process of getting a Section 1 shotgun ( six shot) and I look forward to using it. But it's good to see it being so well guarded.

Devilishdave
I have to say, the Gun Machine 7.62mm L7 A2 is one of my all time faves. If you look after it and smother it in oil it just keeps going. I like it especial with the L4 Tripod in the SF Role. Thats not the culvert that goes under the west link at the back of MPH by any chance? If I had my choice of military hard ware though I would go for the Accuracy international L96 Dave

That there culvert (checked & cleared) is/was somewhere around Auchnacloy, Co Tyrone (1992) I'm not sure where the MPH is? Think I'd choose the Barratt 0.50 over the L96 A1 L2, though. Which has something to do with me making my excuses and leaving in Oct 94.

Suffolk shooter
Any gun that helps me hit clays, vermin, wildfowl or game is good in my opinion, but I really do like my Miroku Skeet, it just feels a nice weight and i feel it moves well. By the way slight side track, but I have to say without knowing the religious feelings of you guys from Eire/NI, it is nice to see the respect shown to the guys who have served over there. It just goes to prove that at the end of the day we are all human and that the Shooting/Hunting/Fishing fraternity stand shoulder to shoulder. I applaud those of you who lived there during the troubles as well as those of you who had to go out there on duty, neither of which was easy.
