Animals, yes, birds no. Its my understanding too, which is why it was removed from the original unit and stored. I no longer have the UCaller. They come with bird and animal call cards and its up to the user how they use them. Plenty of people use them for various reasons and its not for me to encourage or discourage the use as they are quite legal to own and sell. In fact A1 Decoys sell these at £19.99.
