Can't blame them really, if the truth be known I would have only gone and bought a full on Spas for the hell of it. We are now taking top of the shop semi auto .22 and a Steyr in .223. Am looking for top notch glass and night vision if anyone's dealing at the mo. Bagsy, don't watch Curse of the Golden Flower - there's a couple of hours you will never get back. Why was he not happy with a section 1 shotty? Just recently one the lads on the shoot asked if he could put in for it on the land. Agreed but warned him of there limited use, FEO never even phoned to confirm land. He was granted it immediately and this was his first application for FAC, and the only 'firearm' he intends to hold. (aside from some Scottish highland areas and some other notable exceptions) If they have given you free reign with a .223 I would be very VERY surprised. I've since contacted the HQ in Chelmsford and they said you normally have to wait for about 18 months and then back up any request with reference letters from suitable landowners etc. My variation will be going in shortly P.
