Andy 01
Personally, I would bridge the fuel pump relay pins 3 & 5, and disconnect the fuel pipe at the fuel rail and point into a container.
Jaymo
Two thing made me laugh about this one. Drain plug on a ‘car’ fuel tank- what’s this, the 1920’s? Secondly, how did he manage to get a diesel fuel pump nozzle into a petrol cars fuel filler- the nozzle of the diesel pump is larger than that of a petrol car for the past 20 odd years or more! Of course you can do the opposite and mis fuel with petrol into a diesel car. This is the worst case scenario as running a diesel on petrol can wash the bores and cause other damage!!! Yes, the wife did it.

You won't believe it but he had to hold the fuel flap thing in the filler pipe open with a screwdriver and slowly run the diesel in,😂😂😂 he's been driving 50years and didn't know there was two sizes of fuel nozzles, anyway managed to bridge the relay and pump the fuel out, he's back on the road again, he will not do that again hopefully,😂 Thanks for all your comments!
