I was thinking female Amblyjoppa fuscipennis, but the all black abdomen, with two white dots on it (one obscured by wings) and the odd colour arrangement on the back legs (Black-orange-black), made me doubt. It's a species of parasitic wasp, but we have numerous species of them. We have 7,000 wasps in this country. I wonder what this one is. Walker570 Posted July 8, 2021 Report Share Posted July 8, 2021 The all black body throws me ... the ones I know of have orange in the body colours Hymenoptera (Aculeata) of some kind.
