In the 70's both the above and condoms were part of the visible detritus, today panty liners and tampon inserters seem to be quite common. The guy fishing purposely fished the sewer outlets. Catching Pollack and selling them to restaurants. The Greens will pick up a lot of votes from this strange decision.
