If there was strong evidence it was effective in the treatment of Covid they’d find a way, trouble is nobody has proved it is have they? What would level of evidence would you consider proof?https://ivmmeta.com/

Together with his co-authors, Malone contributed early evidence that mRNA could be delivered and produce proteins in cells. However, because crucial hurdles to develop the mRNA vaccines were resolved by many researchers , Malone cannot be claimed the inventor of this vaccine technology. If Malone hadnt called out the possible issues of the mRNA covid vaccines, and supported this , the first time an mRNA jab has been used on a widespread basis, no one would question his involvement in 'inventing' it . But seeing as he has , to NO personal benefit, he has been cancelled by the main scientific community, who have taken great pains to downplay or remove any qualifications he may have had, whilst often casting doubt on their sanity. They have done this with multiple scientists and doctors, who have questioned the narrative. Here is one attempt on Malones character, which , to my mind , doesnt really hit the mark. https://www.theatlantic.com/science/archive/2021/08/robert-malone-vaccine-inventor-vaccine-skeptic/619734/

Its the usual thousands of doctors experts etc say one thing, and there are always people will look for and believe the one that disagrees. Except , were not talking about flat earth or faked moon landings are we , its very telling that that's where you want the debate to end up ? A scientist ,who was instrumental in the development of mRNA vaccines , says publicly that , in his opinion , this use of them is not the best idea, and much more testing is needed to be sure they're safe. He immediately get pigeon holed as a lunatic anti vaxxer, and ostracised by the scientific community, except .... He doesn't have a problem with the vector type vaccines like astra zeneca etc... So how is he anti vax ? It's fairly obvious these days that any doctor , scientist or engineer that doesn't follow mainstream consensus on science , be it climate , covid , or any other contentious subject , is very likely to be cancelled, and their previous good works, ignored or played down. The man expressed his personal informed OPINION , and becomes , according to some commentators, Satan's love child .

Absolutely right, there is one (or more) of these plonkers on every forum. It amazes me how much time they spend posting links to websites that nobody bothers to click on or tables that nobody bothers to read. The reason is, they are so obsessed with their own self importance that they totally fail to realise that we don't care. We just think they are a bit bonkers
Kev1gun
Well it certainly has a few people panicking, I caught it last year before the vaccines were available and all I could think about is, I've got 10 days of peace and quiet to catch up on all the TV programmes I'd recorded. was I worried that I had a history of Asthma, I have a bit of a cough but other than that nothing, bored silly after a few days. according to the World health organisation 5. 2 million people through out the world have died from covid, divide that by the estimated 8 billion and it works out at 0.006 so survivability is pretty good, I know of a friend who lost someone from Cancer recently it was terminal, but it was registered as a Covid related death. I thought us older Brits didn't panic, but looks like I could be wrong, the best way is don't rely on a vaccine or some government advise, do your own thing and stay out of the way. I caught mine from going to the Dentist everyone was masked up, It was the only place I visited.
