Really, how? I've had one three day sniffle, wife didn't get it, nor did my daughter, partner, granddaughter. Daughter has had a cold for a few days, partner and baby haven't, nor have we. Granddaughter has had a cold and no one else has. Sounds like we have had a "usual" winter. My wife and I have been out to bars and restaurants, I go to the rugby, daughter's partner has his own business and travels across the country, his workers do as they want and/or conform to the gov procedures in their own lives. No mumps, measles, HIV, scarlet fever, TB, ricketts....😜

Immunity to suggestion... Yeah probably!

Stress, loneliness and lack of sun (vitamin D) are all thought to effect our immune system.

All effects of lockdowns (for some)

I wouldn't say ruined our immune system but certainly it will have lowered to a degree. The nurse that jabbed me last night with my booster was talking about the strain of cold thats doing the rounds at the minute and called it a "super cold". Me and my missus have had it and she's still miserable after nearly 3 weeks

I have definitely had more colds this year than previous, maybe it's all in my head but I've definitely picked up more snotty episodes than normal, and to be fair I'd expect that because got the best part of 6 months we were all told to not socialize. So our bodies didn't get exposed to some of the cold viruses..
