Dave-G
A relation has a pest control (poisons) licence, I don't know the exact wording of it, and is applying for his FAC. Does anyone know the requirements for clearing badgers, and would persistent damage to golf club greens be likely approved as a reason for it? It's too different bits of legislation. Badgers are protected it's not a legal quarry unless on the cull of course and then you don't need it on your licence. You have still require the requisite calibre and have to be trained and appointed as a contractor.
Ultrastu
And the potential to get massively persecuted by antis and just ordinary people is high .that would be a risk very much worth considering first.

crossy 666
A lot of the time the antis go after the company ie the golf course as they are easier to get and have more to lose. They sit there doing there keyboard worrier bit and the jo public suck it all in. So you will probably find the golf course wouldn’t want to put there name to anything to do with it. Dave-G
Agreed - this potential solution has been set aside after discussions.
Dougy
Give it a few weeks and have a chat with your local dairy farmers, they might pass the location on to a few people who may reduce the numbers a bit.
