Unfortunately due to losing my job and a couple of other “ life events “ I didn’t get any further than filling the application form in and getting the medical pro forma sorted from my doctor. Well in the last few weeks I’ve submitted my application to West Mercia Police and found myself a shooting club and instructor that has been giving me weekly lessons at their shooting ground. Between us we have worked out what guns fit me and what don’t and I’m pleased to say that I have progressed my application and I’m really enjoying the shooting. Ive found that I am really comfortable shooting my instructors ATA and have seen my scores progress a little each week. I’ve decided that once my license arrives, I will be off to Bromsgrove Shooting Supplies to purchase either an ATA Supersport or an ATA SP Laminate. Its good to be back in the shooting fraternity and I’d like to thank the guys at Bordseleyand Redditch Shooting Society in Redditch for making me feel both welcome and valued.
