Well here it is for sale. Apps the mantle piece is not going to be its new home. 
Original box (a bit tatty but repairable) 

Stands 8.5 cms with barrel horizontal  Barrel  12 cms  Cocks and fires  

Breech seized as per earlier posts by an easy fix. I haven’t the time and the blow lamp has gone walk about. 

SUCCESS!!! I have successfully unscrewed the brass breech plug and release the firing pin - It does not take any type of ammunition. Please study the photos

Tat??? I think Sir that you are referring to the highest quality collectible items! 
The Astra Company were based in London W12. They were a rival company to Britton’s die cast toys. Not the same company as the fireworks. 
Where do I find my “bloody tat?” - That’s more secretive than being a Mason.

Well I think that it’s absolutely brilliant and a good talking point.

A very rare find I would imagine.

I’m sure someone would love to own it.
