Bought a Gerber multitool about twenty years ago and broke one of the bits. Thought I would follow up the 25 year guarantee despite no receipt after all this time. Was told that Fiskers are the U.K. agent. Contacted them and yes just let us have a photo, no need to return it. Sent that in and offered the choice of about eight different models and my preference will be with me in ten days.

Great to hear, especially in this day and age where customer service is usually terrible to non existant.

About 25 years ago, I bought a Wilkinson extendable tree lopper.

Wilkinsons were taken over by Fiskars, so when I broke the lopper and wanted to repair it, I phoned Fiskars. "I'm sorry, we don't cary spares. We will send you a replacement"

I'm now on my 3rd free replacement.
