Deadlyferret
I would guess at least 250 due to costs of deactivation.

Downforce
There’s plenty cheaper deacs out there generally I haven’t looked specifically for SxS but I imagine there’ll be something upwards of £100 already done. As per the other poster there’s a bit of engineering then there needs to be a proof house examination so it’s not peanuts to get one done You might also want to consider the older obsoletes like the pin fire shotguns Id look at guntrader etc. then search deactivated/obsolete on google D
Centrepin
I do believe the law recently changed with regards to ownership, I don't claim to know a lot about it. I suggest you read the government website. As with every type of gun ownership its been made that much harder. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/circular-0102019-firearms-regulations-2019-and-the-firearms-amendment-no2-rules-2019/0102019-firearms-regulations-2019-and-the-firearms-amendment-no2-rules-2019#:~:text=Under Regulation 3(1)%2C,notified by the person transferring
moongeese
Go for an old muzzle loader, look good on the wall, and old non firing ones go cheap, as wall hangers, and no licence or permission required to own and display.
