ditchman Posted February 29 Report Share Posted February 29 did this last nite in the slow cooker and let it superate overnite.............. i like my pickles and i love lime pickle...but the co-op dont do Pateks anymore they do this stuff....it was a bit chunky when i opened it up.so i spooned it out intoa bowl and chopped it up with a pair of scissors....had it today and it was far better than Pateks ...lot more taste.....(think they had fermented it for longer) my mrs hated the smell of the stuff...she said it smelt of bloody drain cleaner...
