steve_b_wales
I recently had a new computer built for me by a friend. I had a DVD/CD drive installed, but recently, it's stopped playing discs automatically, in fact, when the disc is installed, I cannot find a way of playing it. I haven't changed any settings and when I checked them, the 'autoplay' is on. I'm not sure what's gone wrong?

Agriv8
30 plus years in it has taught me never to underestimate switching it off. second rule never underestimate telling users they will have to wait 20 minutes before I get back to them on an issue- you’d be surprised how many will actually follow the supplied instructions and fix there own issues and all sorted when I ring them back.
