Different and worth a try


For two

2 large Cumberland S’sges, 1 red onion, 1 red pepper, 2 tbs each of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. S&P

ovenproof dish mix oil & vinegar. Add sliced onion and red pepper, coat with oil mix. S&P. Into preheated oven 180 degrees for 10 mins. Add sausages, coat well, return to oven for further 30 mins.

serve with buttery mash

Sausages cooked in the oven is my favoured method,,,, fry or grill creates too much mess 🙄

Oh I quite agree, that is why I use my air fryer, quicker and healthier as all the fat and gunge just drops away to the bottom of the container.

you and your bloody airfryer..........ive got an airfryer ...its called "a fan oven"

Oooooh, get you, I have a fan oven, NEVER use it, in comparison it is massive and takes time to get to temperature.

 

I have two small air fryers, they get up to temperature extremely quickly and make life so simple, do you think you might like to join us in the 21st century one day?
